Clare County Council has partnered with Shannon Heritage to undertake the development of a 10-year Tourism Strategy and has commissioned TEAM Tourism Consulting to work on the project.

The Department of Rural and Community Development has announced a new round of funding for 2019 under the CLÁR scheme. CLÁR is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small scale infrastructural projects in areas which have suffered the greatest levels of population decline.

This database will be used by Clare County Council to contact Tourism Providers in County Clare in relation to tourism development and promotional purposes e.g. contact details, information, activities, events and promotions which Clare County Council may deem relevant.
