Notice of the levying of rates

Notice is hereby given under Section 3(1) of the Local Government (Financial Procedures) Regulations 2023, that the Annual Rate on Valuation for all rateable properties within the rating authority of Clare County Council, for the financial year commencing on 01 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026 is 0.2581.
