External Emergency Plan for ESB Moneypoint Power Generating Station
An Garda Síochána, the Health Service Executive and Clare County Council are each required to prepare plans to deal with effects off-site and to assist with the emergency response on-site in the event of a major accident at ESB Moneypoint Power Generating Station.
