COVID-19 service update (26th March 2020)

Clare County Council continues to provide services during the ongoing Coronavirus health crisis.

Public offices

Public offices remain open with restricted access measures in place (normal operating times apply):

  • Áras Contae an Chláir
  • Shannon Municipal District Office
  • Kilrush Municipal District Office
  • Ennistymon Municipal District Office
  • Scarriff Municipal District Office

Open facilities (normal operating times apply)

  • Recycling and Transfer Stations - Ballyduffbeg, Ennis, Lisdeen, Shannon and Scarriff. (See recycling and transfer stations for information about accessing the services at this time).
  • Public grounds:
    • Active Kilrush
    • Active Ennis Tim Smythe Park
    • Shannon Town Park
    • Active Ennis John O’Sullivan Park, Lees Road. (The car park is closed. You can access via the pedestrian gate).

The following facilities are closed
