"Holding it together" Art Exhibition by Marike Jordens
Clare Arts Office in conjunction with Cultúrlann Sweeney Library Gallery is delighted to present ‘Holding it together” an art exhibition by Marijke Jordens.
“Intuition, nature and portraits are really my thing”
Marijke Jordens is a Belgian artist, singer and researcher of the female face of God, living and working in Ennis since 2019. She studied live drawing in the Fine Art Academy in Ghent and studied Archaeology at the University of Ghent.
“My work celebrates a meaningful connection with the different dimensions and beings with whom we share our human habitat. Based in intuitive practices my work informs me about the energetical undercurrent of the world. The essence of who we really are lets itself be perceived when the rational mind takes a break.”
