Creative Communities Project Award 2025

The Creative Communities Project Award, previously known as the Creative Ireland Project Award, is funded by Creative Ireland, an all-of-government culture and wellbeing programme with an ambition to inspire and transform people, places and communities through creativity. This project award is designed to enable creativity in every community.

The closing date for applications is 5pm, Friday 31st January 2025

Finished projects can include, but are not limited to for example, e.g. visual art, music, theatre, dance, spoken word etc. Projects can either be new initiatives or existing projects. If a project is already underway, the application must demonstrate how the Award will increase the impact, scale or scope on the community or target audience.

 We invite individuals and groups to make applications to creatively explore one of the four strategic priorities of the Clare County Council Culture & Creative Strategy 2023-2027

  • Enrich Communities
  • Celebrate Sense of Place and Belonging including the Irish language
  • Promote Creative Climate Action & Biodiversity
  • Strengthen & Develop Creative Ireland’s Impact in County Clare

Applications should be emailed to creativeireland@clarecoco.ie The deadline for applications is 5pm, Friday 31st January 2025. Funding decisions will be announced late February for delivery by mid October 2025.
