Local Enhancement Programme for Women's Group's will help communities, community groups and committees, allowing them to continue to provide valuable services to the people in their area, and in the process strengthen the bonds that tie communities together.
The Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) provides funding to support community groups across County Clare.
The LEP is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development (the Department) and administered by the Local Community Development Committees (LCDCs) in Clare County Council.
The Town and Village Renewal Scheme is an initiative under the Government’s Action Plan for Rural Development ‘Realising our Rural Potential’. The Scheme supports small to medium capital projects which enhance the environment of town or village centres.
The Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme is part of the Government’s Action Plan for Rural Development and provides funding for the development of new outdoor recreational infrastructure or the necessary maintenance, enhancement or promotion of existing outdoor recreational infrastructure in Ireland.
