Public premises licence fees

The following charges apply.

• Public Dance Halls Act 1935:
  • Commercial dance hall: €250.00 – Initial court hearing *
  • Community hall: €150.00 – Initial court hearing *
• Certificate under Gaming & Lotteries Acts 1956 to 1979: €150.00 – Initial court hearing *
• Restaurant Certificate under the Licensing Acts 1833 to 2004: €250.00 – Initial court hearing *
• Certificate of Registration of Clubs under the Registration of Clubs Acts, 1904 to 2004: €150.00 – Initial court hearing *
• Confirmation of Transfer of Licence under the Licensing Acts 1833 to 2004: €250.00 – Initial court hearing *
• Circuit Court Applications for Licensed Premises (Except Declaratory Orders) under the Licensing Acts 1833 to 2004: €400.00 – Initial court hearing *

Note:

• * €100.00 - For each subsequent adjourned hearings for any of the above
• €150.00 – For each subsequent Licence Application within the Annual Licence Period
