Petrol licence fees
The fees for the grant or renewal of a licence are as follows, depending on the viable storage capacity of the particular store:

| Less than 500 litres | €3.81 |
| 501 litres to 2,500 litres | €7.62 |
| 2,501 litres to 5,000 litres | €11.43 |
| 5,001 litres to 25,000 litres | €15.24 |
| 25,001 litres to 50,000 litres | €30.47 |
| 50,001 litres to 100,000 litres | €45.71 |
| 100,001 litres to 250,000 litres | €63.49 |
| Above 500,000 litres | €126.97 |
Transfer or replacement of existing licence: €3.81 per year (or part of year) for the balance of the existing validity period
The fee for obtaining a certificate of testing as per regulations 14 & 15 of Air Pollution Act 1987 (petroleum vapour emissions) Regulations 1997: is €63.49
Note: Fees can be paid for 3 years in advance.
