Ready To Build Scheme: Serviced Sites for New Homes – Croí Cónaithe (Towns) Fund
There is provision under “Housing For All” for Local Authorities to make serviced sites available for sale to eligible purchasers. In advance of preparing plans for serviced sites in Feakle, Clare County Council wishes to establish if there are sufficient levels of interest. If you consider that you qualify and are interested in declaring an interest provisionally at this point, you are invited to contact Clare County Council.
The Location
The proposed serviced sites are located a short distance from Feakle village. Feakle is situated to the east of County Clare and is part of the Killaloe Municipal District. It is approximately 10km from Scarriff and approximately 30km from Ennis Town.
