Complaints in relation to anti-social behaviour / breach of tenancy

All complaints in relation to anti-social behaviour / breach of tenancy need to be emailed to asb@clarecoco.ie. Include the date and time of incident, location of incident, nature of complaint, name of person and address (about whom complaint is being made) and contact number and name of the person making the complaint.

An estate management officer will try to determine whether the person/tenant(s) have engaged in anti-social behaviour or if there has been a breach of tenancy. In order to do this they will carry out investigations and enquiries.

The perpetrator is contacted by phone and advised in relation to the complaint that has been received. Correspondence will issue to the perpetrator advising in relation to breach of tenancy and the consequences should the anti social behaviour continue or if the breach of tenancy continues.

Referral to other agencies such as Gardaí/Tusla

Complaints in relation to criminal activity such as drug dealing, damage to property etc. should be referred to the Gardaí. For concerns in relation to child protection please contact Tusla
