The Clare County Development Plan 2023-2029 came into effect on 20th April 2023.
The Minister of State for Local Government and Planning issued a Direction on the Clare County Development Plan 2023 – 2029 on 3rd August 2023, pursuant to Section 31 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. The Direction is available for viewing at the link below:
A final adopted Clare County Development Plan 2023-2029, incorporating the Ministerial Direction, has been prepared and all volumes are available below.
