Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant

The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant provides funding to owners of vacant and / or derelict properties so that they can be refurbished.

You can apply for the grant if you are refurbishing a vacant and / or derelict property so you can live there as your principal private residence, or so you can rent the property out on a long-term basis. You can get a grant of up to €50,000 to renovate a vacant property and up to €70,000, if the property is derelict.
