How do I apply for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant?

• Complete the application form and send it to the Vacant Homes Team in Clare County Council with your supporting documents. This can be sent by email to vacanthomes@clarecoco.ie or by post to Vacant Homes Team, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, V95 DXP2

• See attached checklist of the supporting documents required Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant Checklist - Clare County Council. It is important to ensure you submit all the required documentation with your application, as your application cannot be fully assessed without this information.

• No works should be carried out prior to a technical inspection taking place as any works carried out prior to the inspection will not be eligible for funding under the grant scheme.
