Proposed Section 38 traffic calming measures at Ballycasey Shannon
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant to Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, propose to install the following traffic calming measures:
- The construction of 1no. vertical deflection on the L-7380 in Ballycasey, Shannon.
- The construction of 2no. vertical deflection on the L-7382 in Ballycasey Avenue, Shannon.
- The construction of 1no. vertical deflection on the L-7303 Cluain Donn in Ballycasey, Shannon.
- The construction of 1no. vertical deflection on the L-7387 Carraig Donn in Ballycasey, Shannon.
- The construction of 1no. raised tabletop controlled pedestrian crossing on the L-3196 in Ballycasey, Shannon.
- The construction of 2no. vertical deflection on the L-7301 Lios Rua in Ballycasey, Shannon.
Drawings and particulars of the proposals are attached below and will be available until Monday 8th July 2024.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed works may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Clare County Council, Àras Contae an Chlàir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare, on or before 4.00pm on Monday 08th July 2024.
