Proposed temporary road closure L3076 Creeveroe Road, Shantraud, Killaloe
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 of Clare County Council’s intention to close the road detailed hereunder for the period stated to facilitate road widening works.
Road to be closed:
L-3076 (Creeveroe Road), Shantraud, Co.Clare
Date and time of closure:
Wednesday 24th July 2024 to Friday 2nd August 2024 (24 hour closure).
Alternative routes / diversions;
Diversions for traffic travelling eastbound are to take L-7080 towards Garraunboy and take a right at Garraunboy Church towards Gortmagee via the L-7102 and turn right on to L-3078 (Hill Road) towards Killaloe town.
Traffic travelling westbound shall turn right from Abbey Street onto Crossroads, turn left on to L-3078 (Hill Road) then turn left on to L-7102 towards Garraunboy. Turn left at Garraunboy Church towards Killaloe via the L-7080 to access L-3076 (Creeveroe Road)
Local access shall be provided for the duration for residents located within the extents of the closure. A diversion route map is attached below.
