Proposed temporary road closure R478 Aughiska More Lisdoonvarna
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 of Clare County Council’s intention to close the road detailed hereunder for the period stated to facilitate the installation of a bulk meter.
Road to be closed:
R-478, Aughiska More, Lisdoonvarna, Ennis, Co. Clare.
Date and time of closure:
From 08:00, Monday 21st October 2024 to Friday 25th October at 18:00 (24-hour closure).
Alternative routes / diversions;
Use the N67; turn left onto R477; turn left onto R479 towards Doolin. At Doolin turn left and continue to R478 junction. Visa-versa from opposite direction. A diversion route map is attached below.
