Pay by app parking
The ParkMagic Pay by App service is available in Ennis, Lahinch, Kilkee, Kilrush and Doolin Pier alongside Pay and Display/Parking Discs as an alternative way to pay for parking.
How to use the service
- Download the ParkMagic app (ParkMagic Android App, ParkMagic iOS App)
- Register (or sign in if you already have an account)
- Select location and duration.
- Confirm your choice.
*Window Stickers/Decals: Originally, users were required to have a sticker with their customer number displayed on their windscreen, this is no longer a requirement.
Pay by Phone in Ennis
In addition to the Pay by App service in Ennis, a pay by phone service is available, to use the phone service, call 0818719336 and follow the prompts.
You will be asked to enter a zone number, which are printed on the Pay and Display Machines in each area and shown below.

Frequently asked questions
How does the warden know I have paid?
The wardens check payments on the registration of your vehicle. You confirm your vehicle registration each time you park and when the warden passes, he will see your payment on his handheld.
The app says I'm already registered
There are a number of ways in which you may have registered with ParkMagic previously, if you encounter this, the quickest way to get started is to ring ParkMagic support.
If I top up my account, does the credit expire?
Your credit doesn't expire however if there are no transactions for over a year, your account will be marked as dormant. If this happens, call support to reactivate the account and credit.
Can I use my credit in other locations?
Credit on the ParkMagic app can be used to park in a number of additional locations including Limerick and Kilkenny. A full list of locations are available on the ParkMagic app.
