Main Points

The only agenda item at this meeting was the election of 3 committee representatives to be part of the Evaluation Panel, who will make recommendations on how the final roll-out of Community Funds will be distributed.

The Chairman welcomed all present. The Chairman said that he understood that it was agreed previously, that no person would sit on 2 consecutive evaluation committees. The group decided that this may have been discussed, but was not recorded or formalised. The proposed election would go ahead as set out.

Clare McGrath distributed the Ballot Papers.

The completed papers were collected & the votes were counted by Clare McGrath & Michael Hehir.

The following were elected:-

It was noted that Dominic Keating felt it was inappropriate that 2 members of the same household would be sitting on the panel.
