Funding announced for CLÁR scheme 2019

The Department of Rural and Community Development has announced a new round of funding for 2019 under the CLÁR scheme. CLÁR is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small scale infrastructural projects in areas which have suffered the greatest levels of population decline.
Clare County Council invites applications for small scale infrastructure projects from schools/ established community groups located in CLÁR areas of the County.
Funding will be provided under three measures:
- Measure 1: Support for Schools/Community Safety Measures
- Measure 2: Play Areas (including MUGAs)
- Measure 3c: Community Wellbeing Supports (Sensory Gardens)
The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday, 5th April 2019 at 4:00p.m.
