Repairs and maintenance
Before making a maintenance request, please refer to your Tenancy Agreement and Tenants Handbook to check what type of repairs are the responsibility of the tenant and what type of repairs are the responsibility of the landlord.
To report a maintenance request:
Before making a maintenance request, please refer to your Tenancy Agreement and Tenants Handbook. To report a repair, you must first contact the maintenance section by email maintenance@clarecoco.ie or by phone at (065) 6846289. When calling this number be aware it will go to voicemail, leave your name, address, and the issue you have a query on, and maintenance will revert in due course.
The council does not cover insurance for the contents of the property, the tenant must purchase contents insurance themselves.
