ECONNECTING is an international network of cities financed by the European URBACT IV program which aims to develop new sustainable mobility strategies between urban and rural areas, putting the environmental and social sustainability of transport at the centre.

"Econnecting. Greener and better-connected communities" is among the thirty networks funded by the European programme URBACT IV, which aims to drive change all over Europe by enabling the cooperation and idea exchange amongst cities within thematic networks and by sharing knowledge and good city practices in a participatory way.
