Emergency road closure on the L8096 Derrainy Whitegate from 9/12/2024

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 (6) of the Roads Regulations 1994 of Clare County Council’s decision to apply an emergency road closure to facilitate site investigation works and road improvement works.
Road to be closed;
L8096 Derrainy Whitegate
Alternative Route/Diversion;
L4044 & L8094 - a diversion route map is attached below.
