Proposed Section 38 new bus stops for Route 343 witihin Shannon Municipal District
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant to Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, propose to install new bus stops for Route 343 within the Shannon Municipal District and the construction of associated works at the following locations:
- Sixmilebridge Station NB
- Lufthansa Technik EB
- Lufthansa Technik WB
- Ministers Cross SB
- Shannon Town Hall
- Cronan Gardens EB
- Ballinoosky NB
- Ballinoosky SB
- Urlan More NB
- Urlan More SB
- Ministers Cross (NMF) NB
- Ministers Cross (NMF) SB
- Cappagh WB
- Cappagh EB
- Mount Ievers NB
- Mount Ievers SB
Plans and particulars of the proposed developments are attached below and will be available for inspection at Shannon Municipal District Office, Town Hall, Bóthar Linne, Tullyglass, Shannon Co. Clare until Tuesday 30th December 2025
Submissions or observations in relation to the proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie or in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday 30th December 2025.
