Proposed Section 38 traffic calming measures at Ogonnelloe
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, propose to install the following traffic calming measures:
On the R463, 240 metres north of the junction R463/L82045 to the junction of R463/ L82045, at Ogonnelloe, Co. Clare
Construction of raised table pedestrian crossing with belisha beacons, footpath buildout, accessible kerbing for bus stop, installation of tactile paving, public lighting columns, all associated signs and road markings.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are attached below and will be available until Tuesday 6th August 2024.
Submissions and observations in relation to the proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie or in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday 6th August 2024.
