Temporary road closure R473 Kildysrt Road Clarecastle
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 of Clare County Council’s decision to close the road detailed hereunder for the period stated to facilitate the wastewater connection to a new development.
Road to be closed:
R473, Kildysart Road, Ballaghafadda East, Clarecastle, Co. Clare.
Date and time of closure:
28th October to 31st October 2025 (24hr Closure).
Alternative routes / diversions;
Travelling to Clarecastle divert via Claremount Road L-4172; Patrick St. L-4174; Old Road L-4198 and Barrack St. R458.
Travelling from Clarecastle divert via Barrack St. R458; Patrick St. L-4174 and Claremount Road L-4172. A diversion route map is attached below.
