Proposed Section 38 traffic calming measures on the L3300 Bóhar Luachra Shannon
Notice is hereby given that Clare County Council, pursuant of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, propose to install the following traffic calming measures:
L3300 Bóhar Luachra, at the junction with the L3306 Tullyvarraga Road and L3301 Slí an tSionnaigh Ballycasey More, Shannon, Co.Clare.
Construction of raised tables with controlled pedestrian crossing with belisha beacons and 2no uncontrolled pedestrian crossings, junction tightening, installation of tactile paving, all associated signs and road markings.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are attached below and will be available until 3rd March 2025.
Submission and observations in relation to the proposals may be made by email to roads@clarecoco.ie or in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Clare County Council, Áras Contae an Chláir, New Road, Ennis, Co. Clare before 4:00 p.m. on 3rd March 2025.
